Publishing options
The conference accepts abstracts (for presentation only) and full papers (published in the conference proceedings).
Contributions related to project dissemination should be submitted in the form of a project summary.
Abstracts, project summaries, and full papers must be prepared using the official conference templates available below.
Authors submitting a full paper are also required to submit a separate abstract.
Selected full papers may be invited, after the conference, for submission of extended versions to partner journals. Please refer to provided guidelines on extended papers.
Publication opportunities for selected conference papers
Selected papers presented at the SuTra 2026 Conference may be invited for submission as substantially extended manuscripts to one of the supporting journals. Such an invitation recognizes the scientific potential of the conference contribution, but does not imply or guarantee acceptance for publication.
Invited manuscripts must represent a substantially developed version of the conference paper and include significant new scientific content, such as additional data, expanded methodology, deeper analysis, extended discussion, or clearer theoretical and practical implications. This includes appropriately modified paper titles and abstracts as well. Merely reformatting the conference paper or making minor textual additions will not be considered sufficient.
All submitted manuscripts must comply with the selected journal’s aims and scope, author guidelines, formatting requirements, and publication ethics standards. Each submission will undergo the journal’s regular editorial screening and independent peer-review process. The final decision on publication rests solely with the Editorial Board of the respective journal.
Accepted contributions may be presented as either oral or poster presentations. Oral presentations are supported by presentation slides. Templates for both presentation formats are available below.
