How to Complete Your Room Booking
When you click the booking link, the system will automatically pre-select a Double Room for your stay (check-in: November 4, check-out: November 6, 2026).
If a Double Room works for you, simply proceed through the booking steps as usual.
Want to switch to a Single Room instead? Follow these steps:
- Click the Select button next to the Double Room option
- On the next page, click Select again next to the price that appears
- Find the Adults field and change the number to 1 — the system will then switch your selection to a Single Room with the appropriate pricing
- If you’d like to adjust your check-in or check-out dates, you can modify them on this page as well before continuing
- Proceed with filling in your personal details to complete the reservation

For guests who would like to pay their accommodation in advance, on the last step of the online reservation process please select payment by proforma invoice (in advance) and fill following data: name and address of the company and VAT no.
Proforma invoice should be paid at least 10 days before arrival date. In case the payment is not received till mentioned date reservation would automatically be cancelled.
Special accommodation rates are valid till 04.10.2026., or until capacity is fully booked. After this deadline, accommodation reservations will be available upon request, subject to availability.
